For example, I am under the impression that,

Chinese property would not form part of the assets of the
estate, until a petition had been filed in the Canton
Provincial Court and & receiving order issued. Therefore,

even less lay claim to those assets until formal applic-
ation has been made to the Chinese authorities through
the medium of His Majesty's Consul-General.
